3-day Teacher Training:
This 3-day special teacher intensive is for those who have participated in an Immersion and/or Teacher Training. It will include specific techniques on how to create class themes, postural sequencing, physical adjustments and observation of energy flows in the body.

Prerequisites:
3 years minimum continuous study and practice of hatha yoga
2 years minimum continuous study of Anusara Yoga with a working knowledge of the Universal Principles of Alignment
A minimum of 125 classroom hours with an Anusara Yoga teacher.100 of these hours must be Immersion studies. It is the students'/teachers' responsibility to keep a log of these hours. We recommend you keep a notebook. It is also helpful to keep all Anusara workshop flyers in a file folder for your reference later. That way you can pull up hours, dates, who the teacher was, etc.
Must have studied and have a strong understanding of John Friend's Anusara Yoga Teacher Training Manual
Must be a yoga teacher
