Dear Friends of Anusara Yoga ＆ studio-yoggy,
Due to the ensuing events from Japan’s earthquake and tsunami, we have decided to postpone John Friend’s events in Tokyo, Japan and cancel his events in Kyoto.
Our intention in shifting the dates of the events is to ensure that we can create a safe environment for all students and can support our Japanese community in healing from this tragedy.

【3-day Master Immersion Training】
Date: May 20th (Fri)- 22nd (Sun), 2011
9:00-17:30(90-minute break per day)

Prerequisites: At least 50 hours of Anusara Yoga study
Level: This special immersion is suitable for teachers and dedicated, experienced Anusara Yoga students.
【3-day Teacher's Intensive】
Date:May 24th (Tue)- 26th (Thu), 2011
9:30-18:00(90-minute break per day)
Location：Tokyo
Cost：108,000JPY $1,200
Capacity：50＋people

Prerequisites:
3-years minimum regular Hatha Yoga practice and study.
1-year minimum regular Anusara yoga study.
Completion of Immersion Part 1.
Level: Students are expected to already have a solid understanding and strong working knowledge of Anusara and the Universal Princples of Alignment(TM) before applying for Teacher Training
【1-day Advanced Practice】
Date: May 27th (Fri), 2011
9:00-17:00(120-minute break per day)

Capacity：100 people
Deadline：March 31st (Thu), 2011
Prerequisites:
・One year minimum of regular Anusara Yoga studies with a good working knowledge of the Universal Principles of Alignment ™.
・Must be able to do both handstand at the wall and Urdhva Dhanurasana with straight arms without assistance.
・No major physical limitations or injuries.
Level: This special Practice is suitable for experienced Anusara Yoga students.
【Tokyo Workshop】
Date: May 28th (Sat), 2011

Beginner Level
Suitable for all levels, including yoga beginners and those without Anusara Yoga experience. Our focus will be on the basic elements of the Anusara Yoga practice and importance of foundation.
Mixed Level
Suitable for all levels, with or without Anusara Yoga experience. Introduction to the Universal Principles of Alignment, including concepts such as "flowing with Grace." Will include a wide variety of postures from many different categories of asana.
